The Renewing Indigenous Economies Project invites submissions for its upcoming Research Workshop, to be held October 8–9, 2026, at Stanford University. This day-and-a-half workshop will convene a small group of scholars whose research aligns with the Project’s mission: to deepen understanding of Indigenous economic life, governance, and prosperity—past and present. The workshop will also explore how federal and tribal policies can support or hinder thriving economies and communities in Indian Country.
